We originally became aware of her through the 3D representation in the listing, which gave us such a good first impression that we decided to view the house at the open house. She took a lot of time for us, answered all our questions calmly, and allowed us to visit the house multiple times, even on a Sunday. She was always reliable, responded quickly, and was well-prepared for every appointment. Throughout the entire purchasing process, she accompanied us competently, ensuring that we never had any uncertainties. The fact that a lovely gesture followed after the purchase, which we did not expect at all, rounded everything off. Overall, the collaboration was consistently professional and pleasant, and we can only recommend Ms. Mernica further.
