Angie Wuffli accompanied us excellently from A to Z in the sale of our house in Thun. From the very beginning, we appreciated her professional, reliable, and at the same time very personal manner. What particularly impressed us was Angie Wuffli's fine sense for people and situations. She quickly recognized our needs and ideas and, with her experience and understanding of people, significantly contributed to finding the right interested parties. In the end, we not only found a serious buyer but also successors with whom we feel good about passing our home into the right hands. This was very important to us personally. A real estate sale where everything fit together from the very beginning: the marketing strategy, the speed, and the result. Markus Wymann and his team managed to attract several serious and valuable buyers for my property in a very short time thanks to professional positioning and convincing marketing. The resulting competitive situation not only allowed for an exceptionally short marketing duration but also led to a sales result that exceeded our initial expectations. Markus Wymann has impressively demonstrated that successful real estate brokerage means far more than just listing a property for sale. Market knowledge, strategic approach, negotiation skills, and personal commitment have all played together excellently here. I particularly appreciated the trusting and collaborative partnership throughout the entire sales process. My heartfelt thanks go to Markus Wymann and his team for this extraordinary achievement. An unconditional recommendation!

Naively and ignorantly, I entrusted the house in Welschenrohr to Mr. Marti. With his enormous expertise and his clear and consistent manner, I immediately had a good feeling. While I was traveling for five weeks, I granted him power of attorney. The house was sold during this time, and everything was handled to my complete satisfaction. Even after the sale, he offered to assist both me and the buyer with any further questions or issues. I sincerely thank Mr. Marti and his wife for everything.

Ms. C. Colombo has created clean and complete sales documentation. Visit appointments were organized and occurred on time. Communication regarding advantages and disadvantages was open. The administrative tasks were completed quickly. The sale was competently prepared, documents were complete, and the transfer was carried out without issues.

The collaboration with A. Früh Immobilien AG, and with Mr. Zaugg, was consistently very positive. From the first contact to the completion of the apartment purchase, we felt excellently cared for. We would especially like to highlight the high professionalism, efficiency, and at the same time, the very pleasant, human manner of interaction. Everything proceeded transparently, reliably, and trustfully – just as one would wish for such an important step. Thank you once again!
