Real Estate Agencies in Reichenbach im Kandertal

The team at Gewerbe-Treuhand AG handled the sale of my parents' condominium absolutely professionally. My questions were always answered promptly and competently: starting from the first contact and the sales dossier, through the property viewings, to the notarial transfer of the condominium. I would like to thank the team once again for their work, it was great!

As owners of a single-family home in Hochdorf, of whose hedonic value we were well aware, we were advised from various quarters to handle the sale ourselves. Then, with Urs Witprächtiger, a stroke of fate came into play. In the initial meeting on-site, he showed us how he would market a property like ours and gathered all the information for his market value calculation. He presented this to us in full during the second meeting - note that there was no obligation on our part. His passion, his likability, and his expertise impressed us and convinced us so much that we entered into the power of attorney agreement with him. And what more can we say: Yesterday we sat with the notary and had the sale notarized. The process in between was highly professional and was a success story like no other. ⭐️ Thank you for everything, dear Mr. Witprächtiger. ⭐️

very pleasant and customer-friendly support during the purchasing process, very responsive and solution-oriented.

Philippe Bruchez was professional throughout the sales process. Having discussed the sale price with several agents he was the only one who used a valid reason to price it correctly. When the process became a little complicated he found solutions and his communication was always prompt, clear and helpful. He took the time to ensure we were always kept up to date and that we understood what steps we needed to take and what would happen next and when. We can fully recommend Philippe and will have no hesitation in using his services again should we need to. We are pleased to have already passed on his contact details to several people who are looking to buy a property.

Very competent, friendly, and helpful in all matters. I can recommend Ms. Juliette Currat with a clear conscience.
