Real Estate Agencies in Geroldswil

I am/were an interested party. I have written to Mr. Barth multiple times requesting the floor plan and the price of this property. He does not respond. What kind of service is this? Even if the property is sold or if one does not want to sell the property to an interested party, one should send a brief notification. This seems unprofessional to me. It is a beautiful property, but without further information, one cannot proceed. The excuse that one is too busy does not hold up in today's time. 1 star is definitely 1 star too much for this agent. I hope Mr. Barth can read this review so that he might be willing to improve!!! Thank you for your attention C. H.

The N47 Real Estate team provided me with excellent advice and support in the sale of land in Davos. I can highly recommend the team.

From the first contact through the listing to the handover of the keys, Ms. Hugener guided us very personally and with a lot of experience through the purchase of the apartment. The documents were impeccable, and we also heard a lot of praise from the bank. Therefore, we can only recommend Ms. Hugener and look back very positively on the time of the purchase!

We bought our house in 2024, with Nadja Giardino as our main point of contact. She was transparent, supportive, and helpful throughout the entire process. From the initial enquiry to the final transaction, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. We had an excellent overall experience and truly appreciate her support.

Mr. Stomeo did an excellent job and supported me competently and reliably throughout the entire sales process. From finding a suitable buyer to organizing viewings and coordinating with banks and authorities, all the way to the final handover of the apartment, everything worked perfectly. I greatly appreciated his professional, dedicated, and straightforward manner. I can recommend Mr. Stomeo at any time with the best of conscience. 😎

In 2024, as an inheritance community, we had to sell the family home in Amriswil TG and commissioned Manuel Grieder, Real Estate, 8803 Rüschlikon for this. We were impressed by how professional and focused the tendering and negotiations were, culminating in a successful conclusion in December. We can only recommend this company. Charles Grieder

We worked with Peter Bloemsma during our search for an apartment in Switzerland and were extremely pleased with his service. He listened to our needs, found properties that matched, and guided us expertly through the legal and regulatory aspects. Peter is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him!”
