Real Estate Agencies in Burgistein

Our experience with Fabienne was very smooth. Attentive, non-judgmental, neutral, very available, handling the matter with professionalism, patient, following up with us if there was no response; our exchanges were natural and authentic. The sale went very well. Parking spaces often belong to a co-ownership and do not necessarily belong to the owner who highlights them in the negotiation, however. Should the agency verify the seller's statements?

Very human and attentive management! I purchased my first apartment with Glauser management. From the search to the signing, everything went perfectly! Available, professionalism, and attentive, I really felt supported! A special thanks to Mr. Bruno for this purchase!

We are very satisfied with the handling of the sale of our apartment. We can warmly recommend Anuschka, totally uncomplicated and professional! Thank you very much for everything!

Agency to recommend for the very good follow-up of the file and who finds solutions for both the seller and the buyer. Also very good advice regarding the property valuation. Close and attentive to its clients. Each file is handled personally and adapts to each situation. The fee for the agency is not a burden, but a profitable investment to benefit from its many services and to avoid wasting time unnecessarily with other less effective solutions.

Professional and qualified. Thank you

After the sale of my apartment, I would like to thank Omnia Immobilier SA for the excellent quality of their services. I entrusted this long and difficult task to their charming broker, Mrs. Julie Dénervaud, which was undoubtedly a decisive choice that I have never regretted. My broker faced particularly difficult situations, which she always managed with a smile and a lot of patience, and this during months of demanding discussions from potential buyers. A big heartfelt thank you for your excellence.

I loved working with Julien Burkhalter for the sale of my apartment in Bournens. Efficient, precise, proactive, and always good advice, Julien demonstrated great professionalism throughout the process. Our exchanges were always smooth, constructive, and enriching. But what really sets him apart is his personality. Julien is an authentic, open, attentive, and deeply human person. He knows how to create a true bond of trust, both with his clients and with potential buyers. A sincere and natural approach that makes all the difference in this profession. I recommend him wholeheartedly and warmly thank him for his excellent work. A great man, in every sense of the word, whom I predict a very bright career in real estate.
