Real Estate Agencies in Reussbühl

Mr. Haffer accompanied us throughout the entire sales process in a professional, competent manner, with a lot of passion and commitment. We can recommend Mr. Haffer at any time.

The team at Gewerbe-Treuhand AG handled the sale of my parents' condominium absolutely professionally. My questions were always answered promptly and competently: starting from the first contact and the sales dossier, through the property viewings, to the notarial transfer of the condominium. I would like to thank the team once again for their work, it was great!

After our trust in the previous agent was shaken by numerous negative experiences, we decided to work with Freddy Fallegger. His personable nature and many years of sales experience completely convinced us and corrected the negative image of agents. Freddy Fallegger managed to successfully sell our house in just 2.5 months, which his predecessor could not achieve in 9 months. We would gladly use the services of Freddy Fallegger as an agent again at any time. Keep it up, Freddy Fallegger!

We got to know Freddy Fallegger as a very empathetic and trustworthy broker who convinced us from the very beginning with his open and straightforward manner. As buyers, we thoroughly enjoyed the collaboration and his open communication at all times. The sales process with him as the seller was very pleasant, and even after the purchase, we could always count on his competent support. We will unreservedly recommend Mr. Fallegger!

The collaboration in the context of a property sale with grebimmo GmbH was straightforward and characterized by mutual trust. Our expectations were met 100%. In a kickoff meeting, the ideal approach and the individual steps leading to the final sale were discussed and established. The actual sales process was carried out in a structured manner and according to a precisely defined schedule. We were also continuously informed about the status of things and the planned next measures. Based on our experiences with grebimmo GmbH, we can recommend this company at any time.

I commissioned Truvag AG for the sale of an apartment in Lucerne. The contact with Truvag AG was always very pleasant and professional. The sales dossier was also well prepared. We were able to sell the apartment at a good price. Truvag AG has also been managing the STWEG property of the affected apartment for about 8 years. During this time, I always felt well taken care of as an owner. Inquiries outside of the management contract were always taken seriously and a solution was offered. I can therefore highly recommend Truvag AG - both for property management and for the sale of properties/apartments.
