Real Estate Agencies in Lindenplatz

Super broker. Very quick response times, very friendly and dedicated staff. They took the time several times for various viewings and for many questions. They were supportive and proactively inquired. I can absolutely recommend them. We look forward to moving into our own home. Thank you very much Team Stöhr for the support.

RE/MAX Winterthur was a great companion throughout the entire purchasing process. The quick, open, and accommodating communication left nothing to be desired. I can highly recommend the company as an intermediary.

I had very good experiences with Mr. Claudio Cragno. Quick and serious handling of the sales negotiations. Good and competent sales brochure. The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cragno, and I recommend him as a sales expert.

Since the beginning of negotiations, there has been very good communication. The timeline was discussed in detail. The sales documents prepared were professionally produced and presented to me for review. I was always informed about the current status of negotiations with potential buyers. The incoming applications were delivered to me, and I never had the impression that I had to make a decision under time pressure. The clarifications of the offers, the viewings with interested parties, and the discussions with the notary and banks went smoothly. I have had the very best experiences and can recommend the company Kälin Immobilien at any time.

We can recommend Mr. Rainer Huber with the best conscience. Mr. Rainer Huber has successfully completed a sale for us twice. How, preparing the data for the online portal, images, photos, and also video. Friendly, very competent in his field, everything worked perfectly from A-Z. The organization of various viewings with interested parties, especially also serious ones. The preparations with the land registry office, notary, tax office, etc. everything went smoothly. And importantly, Mr. Rainer Huber is a good person.
