The team at Gewerbe-Treuhand AG handled the sale of my parents' condominium absolutely professionally. My questions were always answered promptly and competently: starting from the first contact and the sales dossier, through the property viewings, to the notarial transfer of the condominium. I would like to thank the team once again for their work, it was great!

We were accompanied by Gewerbe-Treuhand for a longer period of time in a very attentive, personal, and absolutely professional manner. We always felt safe and in good hands throughout the entire process. Ultimately, we were able to successfully complete our project without any hitches. We thank all the employees of Gewerbe-Treuhand who accompanied us on this journey for their consistently friendly, competent, prompt, and trustworthy support. We can highly recommend the company.

Nadine and Tom Moser from LOCAL HOMES GmbH accompanied us with great dedication from the beginning to the end of the sale of our 3-family house. With professional knowledge, a lot of commitment, charm, and extensive experience and friendliness, they guided us through the entire sales process. We greatly appreciated that Nadine Moser was always available for questions and advice. She perfectly organized all appointments and house viewings and kept us updated at all times. The excellent documentation of our house was very well done, high-quality, and meticulously prepared. They professionally handled all appointments with the notary and the buyers; we did not have to worry about anything. At this point, dear Nadine and Tom, we would like to sincerely thank you once again for the valuable collaboration. We can highly recommend LOCAL HOMES at any time and wish you all the best and continued success! Esther Stampfli-Landolt Hanspeter Landolt

We are pleased to highly recommend LOCAL HOMES! Nadine and Tom were wholeheartedly involved from the very beginning, marketing our property with great effort, charm, and professional knowledge. It became evident during the process that it is extremely advisable to rely on the experiences of the realtor in such a transaction. Since it was a property for enthusiasts, we were very grateful that the suitable buyers were found in a timely manner.
