Real Estate Agencies in Zurich

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank you once again. I greatly appreciate your personal, pleasant, and straightforward manner. I also felt very comfortable and well-supported during yesterday's notarization – thank you very much for that.

Very competent and friendly. I can only highly recommend Mr. Skubincan.

In spring 2022, we agreed with the long-term tenant of our condominium that he would take it over. We quickly reached an agreement on the purchase price, and Mr. Lung handled the administrative tasks along with the notary appointments to our complete satisfaction (and under very reasonable conditions). Mr. Lung was recommended to us at that time by Casafair, the association for environmentally conscious and fair property owners.

After a thorough property analysis, the sales mandate could be signed with Mr. Demir at the beginning of April 2026. Within a month, the professional sales documentation was prepared, and the necessary documents for the sale were gathered, allowing the sales activities to take place at the beginning of May. Mr. Demir's calm and factual manner created great trust among potential buyers. The sales discussions were conducted discreetly and competently. The expertise and market knowledge, reliability, availability, etc., were highly appreciated by both the buyers and us as sellers. Thanks to Mr. Demir's great effort, the sale of the property could be notarized by the end of June 2025. We thank Mr. Demir for his commitment and wish him continued success.

The sale of my property was a big step for me. With Dalyan Yorulmaz, Next Level Real Estate, by my side, I experienced this process as extremely positive. From the first market analysis to the handover of the keys, professionalism was consistently noticeable. The assessment of the selling price was realistic and well-founded, the marketing strategy was well thought out and targeted. The exposés, photos, 365-degree tour, and the overall presentation of the property were top-notch. I particularly appreciate the transparent communication. I was regularly informed about viewings, inquiries from interested parties, and feedback – always timely and honest, even when things didn’t go according to plan. This gave me the necessary trust. When a difficult situation arose with an interested party during the sales process, it showed what makes a really good realtor: Dalyan Yorulmaz remained calm, worked out a solution with me, and conducted the negotiations with a delicate touch to success. The result exceeded my expectations. Clear recommendation – without ifs and buts. Thank you very much, Dalyan!

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dalyan Yorulmaz and Next Level Real Estate. The sale of my apartment in Zurich was accompanied by extreme professionalism, commitment, and trust from start to finish. Thanks to his great effort, the apartment could be sold at a very good price. I particularly appreciated that Dalyan was always reachable - even on weekends - and took care of everything. His calm, reliable, and competent manner made the entire sales process very pleasant for me. I felt well taken care of at all times. Thank you once again for the excellent collaboration.
