Termin (9 Miteigentümer) zu einem Hochseilakt für U. Kälin wurde, den er dank guten Beziehungen und Verhandlungsgeschick mit Bravour meisterte. Die Verkäuferseite war äusserst zufrieden mit der Arbeit von UK wie auch dem Resultat.
