Real Estate Agencies in Richterswil

As buyers of a property managed by Leslie, we received friendly, efficient, professional and unbiased support during the entire process. Excellent.

Leslie took care of the entire process with the highest possible sense of responsibility and urgency.

For almost a year, we tried to sell our house in Richterswil through a real estate agent but without success. On the recommendation of our bank advisor, we met Ekaterina Kotur from MoneyPark without any obligation. During the first meeting, she carefully noted all the details of the property and presented a clear strategy at the second meeting. She then restructured the sales process with great commitment. The communication was transparent and smooth. She guided all parties involved safely through all steps. It was particularly important to us to find the right buyer, which she took into excellent consideration. Thanks to her competent and dedicated support, we were able to sell the house successfully. We wholeheartedly recommend Ekaterina Kotur.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the friendly and competent support during the purchasing process. We are very happy that everything went so smoothly and, above all, of course, that we were able to buy the house at all.

Ekaterina was recommended to us by a colleague after we had already hit a dead end with the second realtor in selling our penthouse apartment in Richterswil. After a careful analysis and realistic assessment of our property, she found the right buyer within a month without any publication on the real estate portals. Both during the notarization and the subsequent transfer of ownership, she attentively accompanied all steps and kept us informed transparently at all times. The communication was always clear, reliable, and smooth. It was a great pleasure for us to have such a professional and serious representation by our side for a project worth over CHF 1.7 million. We highly recommend Ekaterina Kotur for the sale of a property.

The purchase of the apartment was straightforward and transparent. My questions were always answered promptly, and the communication was very pleasant. Thank you for the professional support.
