Real Estate Agencies in Rapperswil-Jona

Very pleasant collaboration. All documents and information were clear and arrived promptly by mail. The communication was friendly, clear, and reliable; We are very satisfied and can rate the experience with Mr. Fazlija as entirely positive.

Ms. Daniela Belm has distinguished herself in every respect as an experienced and extremely well-connected real estate expert. She spared no effort to present my property for sale in the best light and always ensured that during each viewing by potential buyers, the terrace house could shine brilliantly. Her persistence and iron will ultimately led to us being able to sell this property very well in the upper price segment. I can only highly recommend Ms. Belm and her company Bellugo AG.

I am very satisfied with Relax Immobilien. The sale of my house was accompanied professionally, reliably, and straightforwardly. The communication was always friendly and competent. I felt very well taken care of and can absolutely recommend Relax Immobilien. Thank you very much for the great collaboration.

I worked with GR9086 Real Estate for a real estate project in the Graubünden region - Tomils. As a digital agency and on behalf of the client, it was important for us to work with a company that knows the local market inside and out – exactly what we found with GR9086. The consultation was personal, and the team took the time to understand the individual wishes of the client. Thanks to their experience and commitment, the sale went absolutely smoothly. Would gladly do it again!

Mr. Bieler, the owner of the real estate company "rickys immobilien" in Chur, was a huge stroke of luck for me in everything and for everything. Mr. Bieler is an absolute trustworthy person with a high level of commitment and great initiative. You can completely rely on him. He works precisely, accurately, and is focused on quality in every respect. I was able to switch off during the entire sales process. For me, this is incredibly important in a collaboration (but rather rare), especially since we were even on a world trip for three months during the peak sales period, and I, as a person, also have high expectations for the execution of projects and tasks. Mr. Bieler is very competent, professional, and above all, he has a very cheerful, credible, and engaging personality. I always enjoyed discussing things with him and exchanging our opinions and approaches. His open, empathetic, and direct manner always conveyed a positive feeling to me. I can recommend Mr. Bieler without any reservations and would gladly engage him again for myself.

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Salih Küçük for the excellent support in selling our house. From the very beginning, he was extremely friendly, professional, and always available for our concerns. With his open ear, competent advice, and great commitment, he accompanied us throughout the entire sales process in the best possible way. We always felt well taken care of and could fully rely on his expertise. The house sale was therefore pleasant, quick, and successful. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Küçük and would choose to work with him again at any time. Thank you very much for the excellent care!

I was assisted by Ms. Milz at Julius Bär Real Estate and could not be more satisfied. Ms. Milz is an extremely pleasant personality who impresses with her high professionalism and impressive customer orientation. In our collaboration, she was always transparent and reliable, just as one would wish. I felt very well taken care of at all times, as my needs were truly at the center. I would be very happy to work with Ms. Milz and Julius Bär Real Estate again in the future. An unconditional recommendation for anyone who values quality and trust.

TOP care and support when purchasing a property! I am in the process of buying a condominium off-plan and feel very well taken care of and supported by LIVING ESTATES AG. A big thank you to Mr. Schlatter and his team for the absolutely professional and competent support, for their patience and transparency, and especially for his friendly and approachable manner. I can only recommend this company.
