Nous avons vendu une maison grâce à Gaedan et nous en sommes ravis. Le bien concerné était très atypique -ancienne bâtisse à la campagne à rénover-, par conséquent de nombreuses personnes ont été intéressées. Gaedan a investi beaucoup de temps dans les très nombreuses visites et toujours avec le même professionnalisme et le même enthousiasme. En raison des gros travaux de rénovation, c'était souvent compliqué pour les clients de se projeter. Pour ces raisons-là, plusieurs offres n'ont pas abouti. Au final, les conditions se sont alignées et le bien s'est vendu aux bonnes personnes. Tout au long du processus, Gaedan a su s'adapter et rebondir. Nous avons apprécié son travail, son suivi régulier du dossier, son énergie continuellement renouvelée et sa communication positive, ainsi que son humour et son contact sympathique.
