Very good assessment of needs and personal consultation. Mr. Grieder's market evaluations allow for realistic expectations regarding prices from both the seller's and buyer's side. The preparation of property dossiers and documents is handled professionally.

A huge thank you to Arlette Belat and her husband for their support in the acquisition of our house. They were incredibly professional and available, but what we appreciated above all was their human side, which was very valuable during this important moment for us. Thank you ✨️

Why did I choose Nicole Puata? Decisive were her excellent market knowledge as well as her friendly and highly professional demeanor during our first meeting. Compared to other providers, she did not simply use standard phrases, but presented a clear and well-thought-out strategy for my property from the very first minute. This immediately created a deep trust in me. How did I experience the collaboration with Nicole Puata? What positively surprised me? The collaboration was absolutely smooth, transparent, and characterized by remarkable dynamics. I was particularly positively surprised by her proactive communication. I was well informed at all times without having to ask. Furthermore, the quality of the exposé and the marketing materials was convincing both in craftsmanship and visually, far exceeding my already high expectations. What was particularly important to me in the sale and how did Nicole Puata support me? For me, a smooth sales process without unnecessary "viewing tourism" and achieving a fair market price were paramount. She optimally relieved me by carefully and professionally pre-qualifying the interested parties. As a result, each viewing was targeted and efficient. Her negotiation skills were also absolutely sovereign, precise, and convincing. What I would say to someone considering selling their property through Nicole Puata? Do not hesitate! You will be placing your sales mandate in the best possible hands. Anyone looking for a real estate expert who combines expertise with genuine passion, absolute reliability, and pronounced negotiation skills will find the perfect match with her. The entire sales process was not only successful but also completely stress-free thanks to her professional support.

We would like to sincerely thank you for the excellent support during the sale of our apartment. Ms. Delija accompanied us throughout the entire process with great commitment, reliability, and transparency. We particularly appreciated her clear communication, her calm and professional demeanor, as well as her good instinct for how a property must be convincingly presented. This was also evident in the high-quality preparation of the sales documents and the entire marketing process. The apartment was attractively staged, prominently positioned on the search platforms, and presented with great care. This created a coherent and convincing appearance from the very beginning. In the crucial sales phase, Ms. Delija impressed with her dedication, sensitivity, and negotiation skills. She represented our interests very well and significantly contributed to us achieving the sales result we had aimed for. Due to this extremely positive experience, we would choose Ms. Delija again at any time and can only highly recommend her.
