Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with the company Stadelmann & Partner Immobilien in Hünenberg/Küssnacht am Rigi. The communication was inadequate, and my email inquiries were only responded to after several days or not at all. Additionally, documents related to the property were requested multiple times, even though I had already sent them via email. Viewing appointments were communicated very last minute or not at all, which made planning my weeks difficult. When I requested a regular weekly update email to keep me informed about the progress, it only arrived late after my written follow-up. Ultimately, I had to terminate the contract in writing prematurely. I would have wished for a more professional and reliable way of working.
