Stattdessen wurde klar kommuniziert, was machbar ist und was nicht – das hat mir viel Vertrauen gegeben. Auch die Vermarktung war überzeugend: Exposé, Fotos und Organisation der Besichtigungen waren auf einem sehr guten Niveau.
