I experienced Mr. Haffer as a very dedicated, friendly, conscientious, professional, and joyful real estate agent. Thanks to him, my property was sold in a short period of time. I would especially like to mention his transparency and the constant updates about the sales process. I can warmly recommend Werner Haffer and sincerely thank him for his outstanding work and his great and heartfelt commitment.
It couldn't be better! We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Poletti for the extremely successful sale of our multi-family house. What particularly impressed us: Competence: The valuation was realistic, well-founded, and comprehensible. He knew the market for investment properties inside and out. Communication: We were informed about every step, and inquiries were answered immediately - even on weekends. Processing: Exposé, viewings with credit-checked interested parties, price negotiations, and all the preparation for the notary - everything was perfectly organized. We didn't have to worry about anything. The result: A quick sale at an excellent price to a reputable buyer. Anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and highly professional realtor is exactly right here. Clear 5 stars and an unconditional recommendation!
