Er hat uns die Zeit gegeben, die prozessbedingt notwendig ist. Auf Rückfragen hat er stets zeitnah reagiert. Persönliche Anliegen hat er, falls erforderlich, auch an die Verkäuferschaft weitergeleitet. Fragen zu der Immobilie konnte Herr Lazraj stets beantworten - wenn er zu bestimmten Detailfragen keine Informationen vorliegen hatte, teilte er dies offen und transparent mit. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ein sehr persönliches Treffen. Zum Einzug hat er uns sogar ein sehr individuelles Geschenk überreicht. He showed no signs of haste and created no pressure (not even indirect pressure, such as comments about possibly too many applicants, as one might have heard here and there ). I received the initial documents within a day, and the first viewing appointment was able to take place in the same week.
