Marc and Nadine provided us with excellent support in selling our house. From listing to contract signing, 1A customer service and guidance. Realistic, open, and above all, human. We can only recommend Marc and Nadine to anyone looking to buy or sell a house or an apartment. Keep it up, you two, it couldn't be better. Thank you once again from the heart.

Ms. Ponti supported us very well in the purchase of an apartment. The documents and responses were always timely and content-wise knowledgeable. She also regularly contributed during the coordination with the land registry office/purchase contract. We can gladly recommend Ms. Ponti for this transaction.

As an independent executor, I had the opportunity to oversee another house sale by Schnyder VST Immobilien AG, 8754 Netstal. Ms. Gabriela Schnyder and Mr. Markus Schnyder, along with their team, have done an excellent job. Their conscientious and proactive approach from the property appraisal to the contract signing is exemplary and is based on a model customer service in every respect. Grade: Summa cum laude With kind regards and in gratitude for your impactful services

Miriam Krumm accompanied us from the evaluation to the signing of the preliminary contract, and everything went smoothly. She suggested a sales strategy that allowed us to increase the value of our property and sell it in less than five weeks. To this end, she organized a shoot with a professional photographer and created a very appealing presentation of our apartment. We fully delegated the viewings to her and could see her commitment to selling our apartment, as she addressed exactly the right interested parties. She had a sense for the strengths of our apartment and effectively highlighted them. We could rely on her professionalism and quick responsiveness as soon as we had even the smallest question. Everything went exactly according to the schedule we had set together with her. We recommend the services of Ms. Krumm and her agency due to their first-class service and professionalism.

Mr. Bieler, the owner of the real estate company "rickys immobilien" in Chur, was a huge stroke of luck for me in everything and for everything. Mr. Bieler is an absolute trustworthy person with a high level of commitment and great initiative. You can completely rely on him. He works precisely, accurately, and is focused on quality in every respect. I was able to switch off during the entire sales process. For me, this is incredibly important in a collaboration (but rather rare), especially since we were even on a world trip for three months during the peak sales period, and I, as a person, also have high expectations for the execution of projects and tasks. Mr. Bieler is very competent, professional, and above all, he has a very cheerful, credible, and engaging personality. I always enjoyed discussing things with him and exchanging our opinions and approaches. His open, empathetic, and direct manner always conveyed a positive feeling to me. I can recommend Mr. Bieler without any reservations and would gladly engage him again for myself.

Mr. Ademi accompanied the sale of our property in Bischofszell. He was easily reachable throughout the entire time and provided us with competent advice. The marketing was professionally set up, and the process up to the conclusion worked smoothly. Overall, we are satisfied and can recommend him.

Excellent performance and an overall pleasant collaboration with Alexander Foll from FollHaus. The communication was always very friendly, straightforward, and professional. Our wishes and ideas were addressed individually, and everything was implemented promptly and expertly. We particularly appreciated that necessary renovation and improvement work on the house was organized and carried out professionally. This allowed the property to be optimally prepared for sale and a very good selling price to be achieved. From the first meeting to the successful sale, we felt very well cared for. Thank you very much for the competent, reliable, and dedicated support – a clear recommendation!

Competent, clean processing, would be happy to do it again
