Ms. Schlatter is a very competent, helpful, and dedicated real estate agent.

Mr. Schmid has done a good job from our perspective. He was very motivated and always kept us well informed, as well as providing good advice regarding further proceedings. The coordination with all parties involved also worked well. We greatly appreciated the collaboration.

As an inheritance community, we sold our parental home through immoSell GmbH. Marco Burn guided us competently, efficiently, trustworthily, and transparently through the entire, not always easy sale and was always available for any questions. He has a really great photographer by his side to document the property for sale with video and pictures. We can highly recommend immoSell and wish them continued success and good luck. Thank you very much.

Ms. Graf accompanied us very kindly and competently through the sale of the apartment. Even the determination of the purchase price was competent and realistic, so that buyers were soon found. She managed viewings, negotiations, and documents excellently. After a short time, we successfully sold the apartment. We can highly recommend her and wish her many more satisfied clients.

From the viewing to the signing of the purchase contract - top competent and pleasant support from Mr. Guntli. My absolute recommendation. Thank you very much and please keep it up! 👏

Mr. Ferfecki accompanied us competently, kindly, and reliably throughout the entire purchasing process. He was always reachable, answered all questions quickly, and organized the process professionally. We are very satisfied and can recommend him without reservation. Thank you very much.

I had a very good experience with Cosmos Values AG and the agile and goal-oriented Ms. Rena Wisler. Everything was very professional and perfect, which led to a good, fair sales result / sale price. The support for the buyers was also exemplary and of high quality. The entire formal sales process from the notarial purchase contract to the transfer of ownership was perfectly and stress-free organized. By the way: I found Ms. Wisler through a recommendation from enthusiastic acquaintances who previously used the services of Cosmos Values for the sale of real estate.
