Ich habe meine Immobilie über diesen Makler verkauft und bin mit dem gesamten Ablauf sehr zufrieden. Von der ersten Einschätzung bis zum Notartermin lief alles strukturiert und professionell. Die Beratung war ehrlich und realistisch, besonders bei der Preisfindung. Ich hatte nie das Gefühl, dass mir etwas „schön geredet“ wird. Stattdessen wurde klar kommuniziert, was machbar ist und was nicht – das hat mir viel Vertrauen gegeben. Auch die Vermarktung war überzeugend: Exposé, Fotos und Organisation der Besichtigungen waren auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Ich musste mich um wenig kümmern, da vieles eigenständig und zuverlässig übernommen wurde.
