Die Verkaufsunterlagen waren sehr detailliert, es wurde eine breite, aber selektive Auswahl von pot. Käufern angeschrieben für eine erste Offertrunde. Bei der zweiten Runde wurde es kritisch, da gerade die erste Leitzinsänderung nach langen Jahren angekündigt wurde und einige Offertsteller sich zurückzogen. Das attraktivste von den verbleibenden Angeboten war mit einer engen Zeitlimite versehen, was wenige Tage vor den Sommerferien und einem wenig kundenorientierten Grundbuchamt betr. Termin (9 Miteigentümer) zu einem Hochseilakt für U. Kälin wurde, den er dank guten Beziehungen und Verhandlungsgeschick mit Bravour meisterte. Die Verkäuferseite war äusserst zufrieden mit der Arbeit von UK wie auch dem Resultat.
