In the second round, it became critical, as the first interest rate change after many years was announced, and some bidders withdrew. The most attractive of the remaining offers had a tight deadline, which, just a few days before the summer holidays and with a somewhat customer-unfriendly land registry office regarding appointments (9 co-owners), became a balancing act for U.
