We chose Keifer Real Estate because Gian Keifer made a very pleasant, competent, and professional impression and received consistently good reviews. And we were not disappointed! We were able to sell our house in a short time to an ideal young family for us. An absolute win-win situation.

The sale through the agent went smoothly, and the agent knows the market and the circumstances. As a seller, you are continuously informed and involved in the process and receive a fair and professional offer.

Top service throughout the entire sales process. We were continuously informed about the new status. Appointments were kept and carried out. The communication was always clear and understandable. Our needs were taken seriously. Christian Vetsch has a pleasant manner with clients. The documentation online and on paper was detailed and the property was well presented. The sale was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Thank you very much to Christian Vetsch.

Sales process went like clockwork We sold our apartment through Mr. Griesser and are absolutely thrilled with the entire process. The sale had to be completed within a few months so that the purchase of the new property could take place. The entire sales process was extraordinarily swift, highly professional, and completely smooth. From the initial consultation to the realistic market valuation to the successful notary appointment, we always felt well cared for and competently advised. Communication was always transparent, quick, and very warm. A big thank you for the great effort to Mr. Griesser, and we would recommend him at any time.

Claudia Mamone is an outstanding personality who has consistently conveyed positive experiences in her collaboration with us. Her support was not only professional but also characterized by a deep understanding of the human aspects. With a lot of passion and humanity, she guided us through every step of the process. Her high level of commitment and sense of responsibility is palpable in every interaction, making our collaboration an extremely pleasant experience. Particularly noteworthy is her ability to present our property discreetly. In a time when sensitivity and discretion are of utmost importance. Compared to our previous agent, who did not provide us with the same attention and dedication, Claudia Mamone has accompanied us with her excellent, committed, and empathetic support from start to finish. She always made us feel like we were in the best hands. Claudia Mamone is not just an agent but a partner who is fully dedicated to her clients' interests. Her reliability and competence are unparalleled. We could not wish for better support and wholeheartedly recommend Claudia Mamone from Casaprima Immobilien AG.
