Real Estate Agencies in 8535 Herdern

We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Timur Mazlar and PREMIUM HOMES AG. Before we met Mr. Mazlar, we had our property for sale with other real estate companies for about 1.5 years. Unfortunately, the desired success did not materialize. With Mr. Mazlar, the difference was noticeable from the very beginning. His professional, honest, and dedicated work ethic immediately convinced us. Thanks to his market knowledge, clear communication, and great commitment, our house was successfully sold within about two months. Throughout the entire sales process, Mr. Mazlar was always reachable, solution-oriented, and professionally coordinated with buyers, banks, notaries, and the land registry office. We felt well cared for and informed at all times. We particularly appreciated his direct, transparent, and trustworthy manner, as well as his personal commitment far beyond the usual level. We can wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Timur Mazlar and PREMIUM HOMES AG and sincerely thank them for the excellent collaboration. Selcuk & Sevil Kaya

Five stars for Wegelin Immobilien AG are, in my opinion, too few...........more like 5 plus plus........ or even a 6. 😊 I had the pleasure of working with Marc Wegelin for the second time; this time my sister and I were involved together in this sales property. 😊 Even during this sales assignment, it was confirmed throughout the sales phase that Marc Wegelin is very friendly, honest, and likeable, and stands out for his high level of expertise. We were always kept up to date regarding potential buyers. Such updates were always very important and helpful for us. The successful sale of the apartment went exactly as we had envisioned and desired in terms of timing. Marc Wegelin is truly worth every penny that a broker costs. And thus, we can and will always gladly recommend Marc Wegelin and Wegelin Immobilien AG as brokers and only give the best references.

Mr. Marc Wegelin has done a fantastic job! We are all very satisfied and can only highly recommend the company WEGELIN IMMOBILIEN AG. We would immediately choose to work with Marc Wegelin again on this path.

Friendly, competent, and motivated. Went smoothly on stage.

Bettina Blank left us a very friendly and competent impression. I have already entrusted her with 2 additional real estate purchase and sale assignments.

Thanks to Bettina Schwerzler from ImmoSky, we were able to find our dream home. She immediately noticed that we were "fire & flame" after the viewing and supported us in promptly taking the next steps. We are very grateful for that!
