The older property was not easy to sell. Mr. Casanova was very committed and also very patient, as the transaction with the buyer dragged on for months for various reasons. He followed up repeatedly, and in the end, the sales contract could be signed. We were very impressed by the very professional handling by Mr. Casanova.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Dreier. From the first contact to the successful sale, everything was organized professionally, reliably, and very friendly. Thank you for the great service!

We would like to sincerely thank Ms. Dreier for her diligent and thoughtful work. We felt very comfortable with Ms. Dreier during this process of buying and selling. Her sensitive and reliable manner was reassuring during this time, which also brings uncertainty. Now we confidently continue on the path we have chosen.

We are completely happy and satisfied. Everything that Ms. Dreier promised has been fulfilled. She is reliable and competent. We gladly recommend her.

The services provided by Silvan Meier are highly commendable, especially since, in my opinion, the time invested in various viewing appointments and clarifications has reached a considerable extent. Noteworthy in particular: - Comprehensive sales processing from the compilation of documentation, through negotiations, competent assistance with land registry clarifications, to the conclusion of the sales contract, and the completion of the property gain tax compilation. - The swift and goal-oriented handling of all various questions. - Silvan Meier possesses a solid and holistic knowledge of real estate. A fact that the new buyer also confirms and greatly appreciates.

Very reliable and competent👌
