Real Estate Agencies in Brütten (8311)

An extremely friendly and professional realtor with heart. The best recommendation for Ms. Müller and a big THANK YOU!

Mr. Salda successfully sold our condominium as a real estate agent in a short time. He impressed us with his solid real estate and market knowledge as well as his extensive sales experience. Throughout the entire sales process, he advised us competently and handled all tasks carefully. We particularly appreciated the high-quality sales documents. Mr. Salda was always helpful and service-oriented. We did not have to worry about anything. For us as an inheritance community, the very good support was extremely valuable. We are very satisfied with the sale and are happy to recommend Mr. Salda.

Mr. Stomeo was commissioned to sell the condominium. He handled the assignment from the listing to the sale and notarial transfer very smoothly and professionally. He took all the necessary steps reliably, straightforwardly, fairly, and competently. I would like to thank him once again for this - highly recommendable.

The entire sales process of my apartment was accompanied by Mr. Stomeo in an extremely professional and dedicated manner. The service was excellent, all inquiries and organizational tasks were reliably taken over, so I always felt well cared for. I was particularly impressed that Mr. Stomeo always kept a clear head and acted solution-oriented even in stressful situations. The information about the current status was always communicated transparently and promptly, which meant that one was always well informed. I would hire Mr. Stomeo again at any time and can highly recommend him. Thank you very much for the excellent support!

Excellent professional and social skills in the field of property valuation, support throughout the entire process of property transfer (provision of necessary documents such as contracts, complementary information, cadastre and tax matters). The care for both potential interested parties, the seller, and the final buyer was ensured with a great deal of empathy and exceptional consideration.

Mr. Kathrein is the best broker ever! He is always there for us and really takes care of everything regarding the sale of our house. No challenge is too big or too much for him. He even supports us with advice and assistance in the purchase of our new property. During our search for the new property, we viewed 46 houses and met many brokers, and none were even close to being as professional and pleasant to deal with as he is. We are so grateful to Mr. Kathrein. Simone and Rosina Zoppi
