Mr. Grünig from FREITAG IMMO has accompanied us for about 1.8 years in renting out our property in Büsingen. His flexibility and personal commitment were particularly positive. We also appreciated the straightforward communication, his good availability, and his solution-oriented approach. He not only took care of the pure mediation but also reliably accompanied us throughout the entire process – all the way to contract drafting and apartment handovers. I would particularly highlight that he stays engaged even in difficult situations and seeks a solution for all parties involved. Thank you very much for the pleasant and professional collaboration – clear recommendation.

Very friendly and quick processing.

The collaboration with Stefan was consistently very pleasant and professional. The mediation of the property Hanfpünt 8 was efficient, transparent, and goal-oriented. We particularly appreciated his reliability, commitment, and clear communication throughout the entire process. We sincerely thank you for the successful collaboration and can only recommend it further.

Good advice, competent and efficient handling of the sale. Top notch

Yes, very gladly! The expert was extremely transparent, reliable, and explained everything clearly and understandably. I felt very well taken care of and can recommend him without reservation.

Philippe surely gets 5 out of 5. He has managed the sale of our house from A-Z very professionally. Starting from giving good and realistic guidance as to the property value over fantastic presentation including professional photography and 3D virtual tour. He was always there for us during the whole process and is extremely easy and pleasant to work with. We very quickly got a list of potential buyers with real interest to buy and (very important) confirmed financing avoiding „real estate tourism“ and were in frequent contact. Sure, we were initially questioning whether we should save some money and sell privately but the decision not to do so was really worth every Frank and I highly recommend in case you plan to sell or buy.
