The communication was always reliable and friendly, appointments were kept punctually, and we were warmly welcomed during the viewings – including coffee and cake. The flowers after the purchase was completed were also a lovely and personal gesture. Since the entire purchasing process went smoothly in our case, there were no major difficulties or special situations to handle. Accordingly, I cannot assess this aspect of the support. Overall, I experienced Ms. Schmidli as a dedicated, attentive, and reliable contact person and felt well taken care of during the purchasing process.

The sale of the property was accompanied by Mr. Cragno until the conclusion. All tasks, such as the settlement of the property gain tax, were competently completed. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Cragno, and I recommend him as a sales expert.
Mr. Milanovic accompanied us perfectly during the purchase of the apartment. He responded to questions in no time at all. When it came to finding appointments, he was always very flexible and also actively supported us with dealings at the authorities.
