We do not know how this company did it, but previously we had 2 very well-known real estate agents from Zurich with us, who each tried to sell our apartment for over 6 months. Unfortunately, without success. Then we received the contact of MyWinvest Real Estate Management from a friend in Horgen who had already had a good experience with Mr. Diethelm. We called him and he was at our home two days later. Within 2 months, he was able to sell our apartment without a price reduction. What he certainly did differently than all the agents before, he is always easily reachable and always very friendly. We can only recommend him and his company!
