Ms. Stoop was the real estate agent who managed the sale of the family home we purchased, and we couldn’t have been happier with her support. She coordinated the entire process, from multiple viewings and running the bidding rounds, to organizing all of the final administrative steps such as contracts, deposits, and notary appointments. Because the property was tenant-occupied, her company also served as the property manager, Verwaltung. After the purchase, we chose to continue working with her in this role until we move in. She communicated with the tenants on our behalf and coordinated the termination of the rental agreement, achieving a solution that satisfied both us and the tenants. Our overall experience with Ms. Stoop was extremely positive, and we would highly recommend her. She was consistently communicative with quick response times, which made every step feel well supported. The sale involved four different parties, the seller, us as buyers, the tenants, and the Verwaltung, a situation that could easily have become complicated or stressful. Yet, she handled all communication and coordination with remarkable calm, professionalism, and organization. She managed to keep everyone aligned and content from start to finish, which I would guess is not always the case!

Das Dossier, welches von Schiblis Immobilien GmbH erstellt hat für den Verkauf war sehr gut, informativ und hat die Immobilie sehr gut dargestellt. Auch bei der Abwicklung mit Behörden und dergleichen war Schiblis Immobilien GmbH sehr hilfsbereit und konnte uns mühelos durch die Prozesse führen. Man merkt dass die Firma nicht erst seit gestern im Immobilien-Markt tätig ist, auch ist es eine Firma die ich als bodenständig bezeichnen möchte, was immer von Vorteil ist.
