Ms. Schlatter is a very competent, helpful, and dedicated real estate agent.

We purchased our house through Mr. Milanovic and look back on a consistently positive collaboration. At the beginning, we were unsure if we could even afford the house. Nevertheless, Mr. Milanovic gave us the opportunity to view it and showed us everything at our own pace. Throughout the entire purchasing process, he was very patient, provided us with competent support, and was always available for questions. In the end, everything worked out, and we were able to successfully acquire the house. Our family is very happy with our new home, and we would like to sincerely thank Mr. Milanovic for his dedicated and professional work. We can recommend him at any time.

I am extremely satisfied with the work of ErfolgsMandate GmbH. Ms. Billeter handled the sale of my property absolutely professionally and with great commitment. I was particularly impressed by the all-around service: From the first-class, professional photos that showcased the apartment perfectly, to the organization of additional services such as the replacement of the locking cylinders and new keys for the apartment and mailbox - everything was done smoothly. Thanks to her expertise, the property was sold at a top price. Anyone looking for a competent, reliable, and thoughtful real estate expert is in the best hands with Ms. Billeter. Cynthia Baumli is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Her professionalism, honesty, and commitment to her clients' needs are unparalleled. Real estate sales can be daunting, but Cynthia supported me at every stage of the process, all the way to the appointment with the notary. Her expertise and friendliness make her a role model in her industry. Highly recommended!

Whenever we had questions, we always received a response in a short time, or if she didn't know, she clarified it very quickly. She also did not put any pressure on us regarding the property for sale. Her knowledge about the property was very good, and she handled everything very well.
