In spring 2022, we agreed with the long-term tenant of our condominium that he would take it over. We quickly reached an agreement on the purchase price, and Mr. Lung handled the administrative tasks along with the notary appointments to our complete satisfaction (and under very reasonable conditions). Mr. Lung was recommended to us at that time by Casafair, the association for environmentally conscious and fair property owners.
After a thorough property analysis, the sales mandate could be signed with Mr. Demir at the beginning of April 2026. Within a month, the professional sales documentation was prepared, and the necessary documents for the sale were gathered, allowing the sales activities to take place at the beginning of May. Mr. Demir's calm and factual manner created great trust among potential buyers. The sales discussions were conducted discreetly and competently. The expertise and market knowledge, reliability, availability, etc., were highly appreciated by both the buyers and us as sellers. Thanks to Mr. Demir's great effort, the sale of the property could be notarized by the end of June 2025. We thank Mr. Demir for his commitment and wish him continued success.
Ms. Fadrina Ravaioli was a great help for us in selling our apartment. She accompanied the sale to our satisfaction with her competent and goal-oriented work until the conclusion. We can definitely recommend her.
We are very happy to have found Mr. Gaetano. He sold our dream property at the desired price. The very professional sales documentation certainly contributed to this. He supported us very competently in many matters. We would hire Mr. Gaetano again at any time.
We were wonderfully supported by Ms. Tröndle during the purchase of our house. Even though the process was temporarily complicated by external factors, she always reacted calmly, professionally, and solution-oriented. She was fully committed, always reachable, and consistently came to us with helpful suggestions. Thanks to her support, we were able to successfully complete the house purchase. Absolute recommendation!
We hired Marco for the rental of our apartment in Zurich and were very satisfied with his service. Marco was reliable, efficient, and professional.
