I had already known Immoplaz for many years having completed two real estate transactions with Mr. Conrad Plaz. Now, after several years, the person in charge is Mr. Guetg, with whom I had a great experience. He is a competent person who knows how to guide you from start to finish with concrete advice and help to navigate those sometimes very complicated procedures, especially in my case as I am not a resident in the Canton of Graubünden. Therefore, I highly recommend getting in touch with Mr. Guetg for any real estate purchase or sale needs.
We bought our mountain cabin from Roberto Guetg and everything went perfectly. The service and the processing were flawless. And every contact was very friendly and straightforward! Thank you very much! We can absolutely recommend him!
Professional... Efficient... Friendly Happy to do it again anytime!!
We were extremely satisfied with the professional and competent handling of the sale of our vacation apartment in Savognin. Thank you very much, Roberto, for your advice, optimal organization and communication, as well as for your empathy and kindness. Another plus for us was Roberto's perfect knowledge of Italian! We can highly recommend the company Immobilien Plaz AG!
