Ms. Chantal Tinner was our agent during the purchase of our vacation apartment in the Flumser Mountains. She was very friendly and competent and handled the purchase efficiently. We can highly recommend Ms. Tinner as an agent.
Working with Miriam has been a real pleasure. Her friendliness and availability made the entire process very simple: she patiently answered all our questions, contacted the relevant parties on our behalf to obtain more information when necessary, and supported us with translations when we didn't understand something. Collaborating with Miriam has been a true pleasure, and I recommend her to everyone!
I purchased an apartment thanks to the mediation of Ms. Rigamonti and her colleague Mr. Mannini. I received adequate information about the property and was competently guided through the negotiation. I am satisfied with the purchase and with UniqHome Real Estate that assisted me.
We had a very good experience with Raymond Tognola, very helpful, kind, punctual in responding to our requests and in respecting the appointments made. A person of good manners, it is clear that he works with professionalism and passion.
Total satisfaction on my part. Commendable and always reachable Mr. Luca Silvestri. Congratulations on his always proactive and impeccable attitude in consulting.
