Real Estate Agencies in Schwendi im Weisstannental (7325)

Yes, I would definitely recommend this expert – his competence, reliability, and professional work ethic have convinced me.

I purchased a property through Ms. Qendresa Tosuni from Prefera Immobilien AG. From the sales discussions to the transfer at the land registry office, everything was transparent and highly professional. I can warmly recommend Prefera Immobilien and especially Ms. Tosuni.

From A to Z, a professional and transparent support! Ms. Tosuni possesses high communicative and loyal sales and negotiation skills and was available to us at any time for questions.

I have come to know Rolf as a helpful, flexible, and well-informed broker who has taken our wishes into account throughout the entire sales process, adapted to us, and continues to support us today – even though the house sale has already been completed – with any current questions regarding the real estate market.

Ms. Tosuni accompanied the challenging sale of this property, for which many interested parties had expressed their desire for a viewing and submitted their offers, very professionally and with great commitment. The process was extremely correct from A to Z. Communication with Ms. Tosuni was excellent. I was always informed about the current status (inquiries, offers, follow-up questions from interested parties, etc.). The handling after the completion of the transaction (withholding tax settlement and other formalities) was carried out smoothly and correctly. I can only recommend Ms. Tosuni!
