Mr. Ademi accompanied the sale of our property in Bischofszell. He was easily reachable throughout the entire time and provided us with competent advice. The marketing was professionally set up, and the process up to the conclusion worked smoothly. Overall, we are satisfied and can recommend him.
In 2024, as an inheritance community, we had to sell the family home in Amriswil TG and commissioned Manuel Grieder, Real Estate, 8803 Rüschlikon for this. We were impressed by how professional and focused the tendering and negotiations were, culminating in a successful conclusion in December. We can only recommend this company. Charles Grieder
Efficient, honest, trustworthy! We are so pleased to have worked with Nina. She was extremely patient with our consistent queries and kept providing every piece of information we were asking for. She made us feel secured by her honest inputs and gave us enough time and genuine information to feel confident to proceed further. All in all, we can say that in this vast and overwhelming field of real-estate , Demuth Immobilien gives trustworthy and competent services.
At Breitenaustrasse 14, we have realized 11 condominiums. Ms. Affolter successfully sold all the apartments for us with Vermoplan AG. Ms. Affolter is a highly competent contact person who performs her work excellently.
We worked with Peter Bloemsma during our search for an apartment in Switzerland and were extremely pleased with his service. He listened to our needs, found properties that matched, and guided us expertly through the legal and regulatory aspects. Peter is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him!”
