The sales mandate for a property on the first floor in a rather challenging context was successfully completed in a relatively short time given the abundance of items for sale. It was an apartment on the 1st floor with limited view within a complex of houses with a common courtyard for 6 buildings of the same configuration built at the end of the 1980s.
