Real Estate Agencies in Calonico (6746)

With Lucia Tortomano, I sold my house in Arbedo. From the first contact until the signing of the deed, the collaboration with Lucia Tortomano was excellent. I appreciated Lucia Tortomano for her competence, her calmness, and therefore her professionalism.

The sales mandate for a property on the first floor in a rather challenging context was successfully completed in a relatively short time given the abundance of items for sale. It was an apartment on the 1st floor with limited view within a complex of houses with a common courtyard for 6 buildings of the same configuration built at the end of the 1980s. Congratulations on the work done and on the conditions of the mandate.

I worked with GR9086 Real Estate for a real estate project in the Graubünden region - Tomils. As a digital agency and on behalf of the client, it was important for us to work with a company that knows the local market inside and out – exactly what we found with GR9086. The consultation was personal, and the team took the time to understand the individual wishes of the client. Thanks to their experience and commitment, the sale went absolutely smoothly. Would gladly do it again!

I would like to share my very positive experience with Claudio. From the very beginning, the collaboration was professional, transparent, and pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the reliability and commitment to finding a solution so that the client can realize the dream of home ownership! The entire sales process was smooth and efficient. I can wholeheartedly recommend Claudio and would work with him again at any time. Thank you for the excellent support!
