Superb advice and professional presentation. The sale of the apartment went smoothly.
Marc accompanied us professionally and with commitment from the beginning to the end of the sale of our apartment. He took a lot of work off our hands, provided us with advice at every stage, and ensured that we never felt alone at any point. Communication was consistently reliable – we were always informed in a timely manner and knew exactly where we stood in the process. The entire sales process was transparently laid out and consistently followed. The quality of the sales documentation is particularly noteworthy: it was exceptionally high-quality and significantly contributed to the apartment being sold in a very short time. Thank you very much, Marc, for the professional and personal support – a clear recommendation.
Ms. Puata was very open, friendly, and pleasant from the very beginning. She handled the entire process professionally and smoothly. I can only recommend Ms. Puata, and I would consider her again for a future sale or purchase. Thank you very much.
Professional, personal, honest, efficient, and likeable. Antonio Facchiano brings everything and more. We can absolutely recommend him.
Mr. Rutz is very competent, always very helpful and easily reachable. He was always able to provide us with information on everything and answer all questions; his communication is very transparent and honest, which we greatly appreciate.
Isabel and Marcel Breithaupt were very helpful during the viewing of our purchase property and were always very professional, courteous, and very pleasant. Various questions (we were complete beginners in the area of home buying) were answered quickly and competently. We would also like to highlight that Immoleo is completely straightforward, which we greatly appreciate. We can recommend this company 100%.
During the sale of our apartment, Andrea Wiederkehr provided us with excellent support. Thanks to her competent negotiation skills, we were able to successfully complete the sale in a short time. We are very grateful for her assistance. Marlis and Kurt
Very professional and serious handling of the sale. We would consider Mr. Carlo Di Angelo again for another sale or purchase at any time.
