The service and communication with Lukas Bissig is excellent, I can highly recommend him as a broker.

And we would recommend him 100% at any time! Thank you very much, Lukas, for your support during this intense time! We wish Lukas Bissig continued success!!

Nicolas was there for us from the very first second to answer all our questions and accompanied us with great commitment throughout the entire purchasing process. Our uncertainties and questions were always met with carefully clarified answers. Nicolas Poletti made an informed and trustworthy impression on us. The collaboration was always professional yet on a friendly level. We can warmly recommend Nicolas.

In March 2025, my wife and I were looking for a suitable holiday apartment in Central Switzerland. Already during the scheduling of the viewing appointment, Mr. Poletti was very helpful and took care of a suitable hotel. The viewing was "top-notch"; the property was in shell construction, we liked the location, and Mr. Poletti answered all questions regarding execution, equipment, completion, and others in a knowledgeable, friendly, and competent manner. The sympathetic way in which Mr. Poletti advised us led to our decision to choose the offered apartment after an hour of consultation. The after-sales service was also perfect until the handover of the apartment. Mr. Poletti took care of some administrative matters, which made it easier for us as Germans to establish ourselves in Switzerland. Thank you very much, Mr. Poletti; we wish you the success of the diligent. Sylvia and Oliver Schramm

I can only recommend Mr. Poletti! He made an extraordinary effort to clarify all our questions to our complete satisfaction. He also took an extraordinary amount of time for us at each of our meetings! We have had other experiences with agents.... We felt very comfortable and well taken care of with him. Mr. Poletti guided us through the entire acquisition process with his calm demeanor and very competent manner, relieving us wherever possible! From the very beginning, there was a trusting relationship, so we could fully rely on him throughout the entire process. We can definitely only recommend Mr. Poletti!
