Familie Bartels

Mr. Marcel Bieri accompanied me very professionally throughout the entire sales process. His assessments were understandable, realistic, and well-founded. I particularly appreciated his calm, structured manner as well as the open and direct exchange. Communication worked flawlessly – feedback was timely and reliable. I felt well informed and taken seriously at all times. Mr. Bieri brings a lot of experience in the real estate market and knows what is important for a successful sale. I can recommend Marcel Bieri from Della Valle AG with a clear conscience.

Very professional execution of the sale. The buyers were also very satisfied with the handling. Mr. Casutt took on all tasks. Even the contract and the appointments at the notary were handled by him. He was always on-site at the property. His very likable manner surely helped, and one immediately had trust in him. Anytime again

Very committed, everything is top-notch, no complaints.
