In addition to the questions already answered, I would like to add: - Very professional photos, perfect documentation - Spontaneously, we would have imagined the conclusion of the reservation agreement somewhat differently than according to INTUS's practice. We would have welcomed a simultaneous delivery of a reservation agreement to several serious interested parties, along with the note that the first signed return would be considered. This would have optimized the entire process in terms of time, considering that the seller is liable for the costs of the property to be sold until the mutation in the land register. And this is also in light of the extremely long waiting times at the (public) Zug notary. - In our case, there were various special features (personal mortgage, unencumbered bearer bonds, legal entity as the buyer).
