Very professional from the evaluation to the sale. Market-appropriate conditions. No pressure on sellers or potential buyers. Good support from A to Z.

We received a competent, transparent, and independent assessment from an experienced professional. Highly recommended.

We met Julian Schaffner when purchasing our new home. Due to the extremely pleasant experience, we decided to work with him again for the sale of our old property. Here too, Julian demonstrated his high level of professionalism and integrity. He was a strong partner for us throughout the entire process. Due to a sudden water damage in the property - during our vacation - his services went far beyond what we could have expected. Simply top!

I had my apartment listed with various agents for months, and although there were many viewings, I did not receive a single offer. This changed dramatically when The Swiss Agency Real Estate took over the mandate. Although the company is still relatively new, they approached the sale in a fresh and creative way. They combined their technical and marketing know-how, including social media, digital tools, and unique video stories, to truly highlight my apartment. After just one open house, there were several offers to choose from. Throughout the entire process, the founder Özgür stayed in regular contact, clearly explained each step, and did everything to ensure that everything went smoothly for me and the buyers. He was strongly committed to achieving the best possible outcome for all parties involved. If you want to sell (or buy) and are looking for someone who is innovative, professional, and truly interested in your success, I can highly recommend The Swiss Agency Real Estate.

Urs Kälin informed us (laypersons) in detail about the entire sales process, then carried it out step by step, while we were regularly updated. The sales documents were very detailed, and a broad but selective range of potential buyers was contacted for an initial round of offers. In the second round, it became critical, as the first interest rate change after many years was announced, and some bidders withdrew. The most attractive of the remaining offers had a tight deadline, which, just a few days before the summer holidays and with a somewhat customer-unfriendly land registry office regarding appointments (9 co-owners), became a balancing act for U. Kälin, which he mastered brilliantly thanks to good relationships and negotiation skills. The seller's side was extremely satisfied with the work of UK as well as the result.

The sale of our property was completed within the desired timeframe and at the intended sale price. The handling of the sale was professional, and communication was regular and reliable!

We were very satisfied with Ms. von Ostheim. Very friendly, competent, and efficient handling.

Ms. Jehona Wenger competently supported both the buyer and the seller in this transaction and additionally assisted us as buyers with the rental of the property. The collaboration with Ms. Wenger was extremely pleasant and professional; her support provided us with security and trust. We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Wenger and particularly appreciate her pronounced human attention.
