I had the pleasure of getting to know Mr. Gashi during my apartment purchase and particularly appreciated his availability as well as the consistently professional support. Even during challenging price negotiations, he took the time to engage in dialogue with the owner. I would especially like to highlight that even after intense negotiations, he maintained contact and worked towards a workable solution for both sides. Although the contact was not as intense after the reservation contract, he always answered my questions regarding the documents and the further process in a timely and transparent manner. I thank him for the pleasant collaboration and wish Mr. Gashi continued success.

After the passing of my father, who left us a condominium, I was immensely grateful for the professional and personal support in selling the property. The assistance was incredibly relieving, and it couldn't have been better.
