His level of market knowledge is incredible; he has real expertise, others are average, he is in a different league. But the strongest point is that he is extremely efficient and responsive, while remaining astonishingly humble. He does not consider himself a guru, he works hard. He is honest, transparent, and he gets results. For a sale or purchase without fuss, with the best negotiator in the area, you need to go to him. End of story.
