We originally became aware of her through the 3D representation in the listing, which gave us such a good first impression that we decided to view the house at the open house. She was always reliable, responded quickly, and was well-prepared for every appointment. Throughout the entire purchasing process, she accompanied us competently, ensuring that we never had any uncertainties. The fact that a lovely gesture followed after the purchase, which we did not expect at all, rounded everything off.
