The service and communication with Lukas Bissig is excellent, I can highly recommend him as a broker.

The sale of my property by Mr. Inglese was recommended to me by a friend. Even before I granted him the mandate, Mr. Inglese helped me a lot with his professional tips. Mr. Inglese is very competent, well-connected, and always reachable. I particularly appreciated the active communication: - Many of my questions were answered before I even asked them. - I was kept informed about the current status at all times. - Everything was handled very promptly. I am very satisfied and can absolutely recommend Mr. Inglese. Top!

We met Sandro Perazza during our home purchase and found the collaboration with him to be very pleasant. In addition to his professional competence, competent support, and valuable tips, we also greatly appreciated the personal interaction. We felt very well taken care of by Sandro Perazza and can definitely recommend him.

We can wholeheartedly recommend George Haenggi. His work and support in selling our single-family home were outstanding, and he exceeded our expectations in all areas. Mr. Haenggi was always reachable, very quick, and extremely reliable. We were proactively informed about every step, and we always received clear feedback immediately on our inquiries. The collaboration was therefore consistently straightforward and trustworthy. It was the first time we dealt with a home sale, and Mr. Haenggi was absolutely top-notch in how he supported us and patiently answered our seemingly endless questions. He was always there to assist us with advice and action. Mr. Haenggi not only provided us with optimal professional advice but also accompanied us through the entire sales process with great commitment and personal involvement. His excellent support relieved us significantly after the passing of our father, and the entire process went smoothly thanks to his professional guidance. His in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market was crucial for our success. Mr. Haenggi has an excellent ability to realistically assess the market situation and apply the right strategies. His local expertise, especially around the Birsfelden area, led to a very satisfactory conclusion for us. Thank you once again for the outstanding work! We would recommend him at any time!

Thanks to her great commitment, her competence, and her friendly demeanor, we hardly had to worry about anything and were able to entrust the sale to her with a good feeling. We particularly appreciated her honesty, her excellent availability, and the respectful treatment of us. We can wholeheartedly recommend her!

Ten years ago, Mr. Becker supported me with expert advice when financing the purchase of my apartment in Basel, assisting me professionally and efficiently in getting the mortgage. Since then, I have recommended him several times, and several friends of mine were also able to successfully realize their project of owning a home thanks to him. I called on Philippe Becker for selling my apartment in Basel in 2025. Mr. Becker supported me along the selling of my property in a highly professional, reliable, and competent way. He handled all correspondence and clarifications with the notary and authorities, which was a great relief for me as an English-speaking client in Basel. Philippe works in a very goal-oriented way, is always reachable—even on weekends—and is willing to go the extra mile. His strong network and extensive know-how throughout the entire sales process are particularly noteworthy and useful, including coordination with banks and support for buyers with financing. I definitely recommend Philippe Becker as a great financial and commercial partner in buying or selling a property fast and efficiently and will gladly continue to recommend him to friends in the future.
