Speziell die Art und der Qualität der Präsentation der Liegenschaft durch Frau Kotur, hob sich deutlich von vergleichbaren ab und machte letztlich den entscheidenden Unterschied aus. Die erste Kontaktaufnahme brachte bereits den durchschlagenden Erfolg.
