I was called by Marco after I posted my listing online on Homegate. I was initially a bit skeptical and declined his help. However, since I needed to find a new tenant very quickly, I decided to give it a try. I had 4 applicants for my apartment in one week when I advertised it myself. Marco provided me with very suitable candidates in a very short time, allowing me to re-rent the apartment in just a few days.
